The institute is in the process of reviewing its product testing and certification regime in consultation with the Furnishing Industry Association of Australia (FIAA). Final decisions have yet to be made on the certification and marketing issues for a residential furniture standards compliance program (other than the Furntech Orange Tick which now applies to bunk beds and recliner chair safety).
