The following list of certified cots have two (2) levels:

• some products have been certified to the full Australian/New Zealand standard which covers comprehensive safety checks, strength, durability and stability tests;

• other products have been checked against the safety requirements in the Australian Government Mandatory Safety Standard, Consumer Protection Notice Number 6 of 2005.

The Consumer Protection Notice Number is essentially a cut down version of AS/NZS 2172:2003.

The suppliers of these products have formally agreed to maintain quality and to submit their products to regular auditing.
