The ACCC and Product Safety Australia have released two guides, which are central to the work which Furntech-AFRDI does.

Both these documents underpin new guidelines published under the umbrella of the new consumer laws, brought together as Australian Consumer Law (ACL), introduced in January this year, and replacing various earlier consumer protection legislation:
